It started with a bench.
We're Peter and Tomáš from Slovakia. Twin brothers who've been building things together since before we can remember.
It started with a wooden bench when we were seven. Nothing fancy. Just two kids, a pile of scrap wood, and the stubborn belief that if we worked on it together, we could make something real. That bench still stands.
As we grew up, our workshop moved from the garage to the screen. Video production, editing, software. The tools changed but the instinct stayed the same. We wanted to make things. And for years, we did. We built creative products, launched projects, experimented with businesses. Some worked. Most taught us something more valuable than success: the best idea in the world means nothing if nobody sees it.
Distribution. That was always the wall.
Tomáš naturally took over the marketing side of our projects. Peter went deep into technology, always chasing what's next, always tinkering with what's possible.
Then our dad needed help.
He runs a small business in the wellness industry. A family operation built on years of honest work. He needed marketing content. A lot of it. And like most small business owners, he didn't have the budget or the team to produce it at scale.
So Peter stayed up one night and stitched together a pipeline using the latest AI video models. A scrappy tool to generate content fast. It worked. But “it works” was never going to be enough. He kept building, refining, pushing. What started as a quick fix for dad turned into a serious content creation system that understood wellness products, spoke to real customers, and produced videos that performed.
When Tomáš saw what Peter had built, he didn't just see a tool for our father's business. He saw a tool for every marketer who's ever wondered how to create enough content to compete.
That was the day Retiplex was born. We looked at each other and made a decision: no more side projects. This was it.
